New features [V.3.1. Release notes]

As we mentioned last month in our V3 update, one of our 2024 commitments is hyper-focusing on improving our existing Hatch features, making them ridiculously efficient and user-friendly. This month, we’re thrilled to introduce a suite of enhancements designed to do just that. Blackbaud API Integration
We’re excited to announce the launch of our Blackbaud RE NXT integration! You can now seamlessly connect your Blackbaud account to your Hatch account, unlocking a new level of convenience and efficiency. Say goodbye to the hassle of juggling between platforms and hello to a streamlined workflow. Not a Blackbaud user? Fret not! More CRM integrations are coming this year.


Home Values Sort & Filter Capabilities
Discover the true potential of your prospect list with our improved sort and filter options. You can now organize your prospects by Home Value & Total Assets, enabling you to prioritize and strategize your outreach with precision like never before.


Home Values Now in 5Alive Emails
Our weekly 5Alive email just got an upgrade! In addition to bringing you 5 elevated profiles, we’re now including Home Values, giving you a clearer picture of each prospect’s potential right from your inbox. (You’ll also notice that we’ve been curating profiles that have relatively high home values)


Direct Access to OpenGiving From Prospect Profiles
Navigating to the OpenGiving platform from an individual profile is now easier! With our new profile shortcut, you can transition smoothly from a prospect’s profile to OpenGiving, enhancing your ability to research and connect.


Contact Box for OpenGiving Organizations
Better connect with your favorite non-profit organizations and grant giving foundations with our new contact box feature. Access phone numbers, websites, and addresses directly through OpenGiving, making it simpler to reach out and make meaningful connections with grant-giving foundations or peer nonprofits.


Edit or Add Prospect Property Address
Your ability to personalize the ‘Asset’ section on prospect profiles is getting a major boost! With our enhanced Profile Edit side panel, you are now able to add, edit, or delete properties. The price/value of every newly added property will be processed by our automated system within minutes.
